posted by Shae on March 3, 2010

When creating a business plan, you will likely be prompted with the question of a slogan. If you are just starting out in business and marketing, you may find yourself asking “do I really need a slogan?”. The answer is yes.

A slogan can be an effective branding and marketing tool. A good slogan will tie together your business name/logo, values, goals and products all into one catchy and clever short sentence. Think about some of the big companies like Nike, McDonalds or YellowPages – most people remember their slogans as much as the companies name. A good slogan will only enhance your business name.
