We will send you a Google Analytics report that will inform you of how your web site is performing in the following areas: visitors, pageviews, average time on the site, bounce rate, traffic sources, geolocation, and search result data (including what keywords users searched for to land on your website).You can choose to have a report sent to you via email either daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.

2-4 hours of Web Site Maintenance

Depending on the plan you choose you will either receive 2 hours (Basic Plan) or 4 hours (Gold Plan) of web site maintenance services a month. You will direct us as to what you need changed, and these changes will be capped at the time limit of your maintenance plan. We will then send you an email report as to what was changed. If there were directions that were not able to be completed in the time limit, you can request these still be done at our hourly rate of $49 (minimum one hour charge).

Who are the web site maintenance services for?

These services are mostly for our clients who have purchased a web design package. However, if you do not have a website designed and developed by us, please contact us with the details on the website and depending on how it was built, we may be able to perform our web site maintenance services on it. We will generally accept any website that uses WordPress.

These packages don’t include large web site maintenance, for example a redesign of the website. Please contact us for a web design estimate.

These packages don’t include for any content writing of any sort. All content must be provided by the client.
