Upon ordering the services of Building Blocks Creative Design (www.BuildingBlocksCreative.com), you the client agree to have read, understood and accepted the terms of use of www.BuildingBlocksCreative.com.

1. In ordering the services of Building Blocks Creative Design, www.BuildingBlocksCreative.com you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the Building Blocks Creative Design service. Building Blocks Creative Design is a design firm as well as an Internet entity of which clients can view and order artwork to be produced for their company in a way that is easier for the designer and the client from the comfort of their own home or workplace. Building Blocks Creative Design graphic designers communicate with clients through email.

2. Eligibility. To be able to qualify for the use of services of Building Blocks Creative Design client must be 18 years and over, agree to these terms and conditions, complete payment, complete the creative brief and sign a contract if applicable.

3. Outcome. Building Blocks Creative Design may not be held responsible in any way for the loss of profit of a company. Building Blocks Creative Design is not responsible for the project once it has been finalised and released. Where clients provide their own ideas and are not open to our designers suggestions and recommendations, Building Blocks Creative Design will not be responsible for the end result of the design.

4. Refunds. Once a client has been sent the initial drafts they are not entitled to a refund as design work has already begun. Building Blocks Creative Design is not responsible for the end product if the client is not satisfied after project has been finalised and released; reason being the client has already reviewed the samples provided and therefore has decided to continue and finalise. If client is not satisfied during the design process, the client shall be entitled to extra concepts and revisions, these are only in certain scenarios and the client may be charged for extra concepts starting from $25.00 USD per concept.

5. Revision Cycles. a) Revision cycles. Revision cycles consist of a number of times in which the artwork is sent to the client to review and answer in response to what they want changed or included etc. b) Responses. The client agrees to provide timely responses to Building Blocks Creative Design after receiving emails, or any other correspondence. The client shall have a maximum of 30 days (including weekends) to respond to each set of samples sent to them for review. Building Blocks Creative Design will contact the client any where between 7 to 27 business days of non-response by the client to advise the clients of this policy. If after 30 days the client fails to respond, Building Blocks Creative Design will assume the production/project complete. At such time Building Blocks Creative Design shall have no further obligation to the client. Building Blocks Creative Design shall not be held responsible for the condition of the artwork in the event of such circumstances.

6. Creative briefs. It is the client’s responsibility to send any creative briefs to Building Blocks Creative Design (text & images to be included) and provide detailed descriptions. Building Blocks Creative Design may decide at its own discretion to reject a creative brief if the project has not yet been paid for. Payment is to be made before completing the creative brief, design will not begin until full payment for the package is received.

7. Building Blocks Creative Design reserves the right to deny the production of artwork on receiving the creative brief, without payment.

8. Ordering and Payments. The client orders the services of Building Blocks Creative Design. Building Blocks Creative Design will design the first concepts for the client and email them. Project design shall not begin until full payment is received and project shall not be completed until all design details have been received by Building Blocks Creative Design including any images and content.

9. Building Blocks Creative Design Services and Conditions of Services. All prices of the packages are displayed in (USD) US Dollars. Printing is not included. Building Blocks Creative Design will not be held responsible for server problems and breakdowns, but will endeavour to fix any problems with suppliers as soon as possible.

10. Production Time. Building Blocks Creative Design specifies the time that it will take to finish the artwork in each of the packages included. If by any circumstance the process takes longer Building Blocks Creative Design will not be held responsible, as the client will be notified of the delay and will be given a reasonable date in which the artwork will be finished. (This can happen if Building Blocks Creative Design receives a large amount of orders). Building Blocks Creative Design gives turnaround times for each package of logo design and web design, the specified time depends on the clients response to revisions. Turnaround time is calculated from the day that Building Blocks Creative Design receives full payment for it’s services and all creative brief information and any images are received. Client response time is not counted.

11. Special Offers and Discounts. Building Blocks Creative Design can in its own right begin and end special offers at any time, but will usually give clients a set date that offer begins and ends.

12. Copyright. Building Blocks Creative Design shall not be held responsible for artwork produced for a company that may not be registered and that there may be a legal issue in the circumstances, therefore after the artwork has been produced Building Blocks Creative Design shall not be binded to the company or the client in any manner.

13. Building Blocks Creative Design web site rights. Building Blocks Creative Design shall not be held responsible for delays on the web site or any other problems which the client may experience with the web site at anytime, although Building Blocks Creative Design and its owners want to provide the best experience possible for visitors to our website, therefore we will try to fix any problems and/or barriers there may be. Building Blocks Creative Design reserves the right to remove part or all of the web site and/or its content at anytime, which may be to edit and/or upgrade and transform all or part of the web site.

14. Privacy Policy. Client information is used for design and communication purposes only and it is never given to any third parties nor sold to anyone.

15. Delays. I agree to give Building Blocks Creative Design more time if staff become ill, injured, or are delayed because of events beyond their control, like: fire, theft, computer failure.

16. Portfolio. Client’s artwork is used as samples in our portfolio, Building Blocks Creative Design has the right to display artwork created by designers on our website, visual and any print advertising.

17. Disclaimer. Building Blocks Creative Design has the right to change, edit or add to these terms and conditions at its own discretion at anytime.
